Andrea’s Acne Transformation in 12 Weeks

There is always hope for acne.

If you've been dealing with acne for years, it can feel like a hopeless roller coaster and nothing seems to work. I went through this, and I completely understand.

But even long-time acne can - and often does - clear up with the right approach.

Andrea is 23. For the past 10 years, she struggled with breakouts on her face, back, and chest. Here's what she shared with me:

“I've been dealing with bad breakouts all over my body for the last ten years.

I'm desperate and I need help. If you can help me, I'll finally be able to think about something besides my acne when I look in the mirror.

I'll be able to focus on helping others, instead of being distracted by how painful or exhausting my skin has become.”

She started my virtual acne program.

Twelve weeks later, her skin was completely different—and more importantly, she finally felt like herself again.

Here's how we did it:

  • Replaced acne-causing skin care and makeup with acne-safe options.

  • Created a powerful, acne-fighting routine, with a focus on balance and hydration.

  • Used products to treat her overactive pores and prevent new acne from forming.

  • Made a few small changes to her diet - no extreme restrictions.

  • Finally, we focused on lasting results by learning how to work with acne.

What helped her body acne?
Andrea didn't use any special treatment products on her back or chest. Instead, she replaced what was causing the breakouts—her clogging hair products, body wash, and body lotion.

By making those simple changes, her body acne has cleared up significantly and is still healing. (If someone wants to speed up clearing body acne, they can add treatment products like mandelic serum and benzoyl peroxide—but they're not always needed.)

Why this method works:

The process I used with Andrea is the same one I use for all of my acne clients, with only a couple of changes from person to person. The method eliminates acne quickly and powerfully, while preventing new breakouts.

The other key to success is finding my clients' individual acne triggers. Whether it's the wrong supplement, wrong birth control, too much peanut butter, or one hidden ingredient in your favorite face mask—overlooking certain acne triggers can delay results.
